• Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed. Miz Apparels will not be responsible in the event that address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect.
• We dispatch all parcels via Singapore Post (SingPost) within 2 to 3 working days after payment is verified. Shipping of parcels will only be done during weekdays. Weekends and local public holidays (Singapore) are excluded. Please read here for more details on shipping. 
• Price of postage includes handling fees
• Miz Apparels will not be held liable in the event of lost/damaged parcels should customer opt for normal postage.
• Miz Apparels reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).

Returns Policy

• Returns are only applicable for defective items and/or wrong items received. All returns/exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 10 working days (local orders) or 20 working days (international orders) from the day the parcel was shipped.
• We do not provide cash refunds for returns. 
• Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Miz Apparels will not be providing any Returns should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
