Returns are only applicable to defective and/or wrong items received (except for Sale Merchandise, Accessories and Bags). Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.We do not provide cash refund for returns.
For returns to be valid, it has to be mailed back to us within 10 working days (for local parcel) and 20 working days (for international parcel) from the date the parcel was being delivered. We do not provide cash refund. A one-to-one replacement will be carried out. In the event that item is sold out a credit note will be issued upon receipt of your item. The credit note will only be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit Notes issued can be used to offset future transactions, however any excess amount will not be refunded.
All additional shipping fees incur on the return will be borne by the customer as all measurements had been provided.
Returns will only be accepted if items received in its original condition and undamaged (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from us).
Request for exchange which do not meet all the mentioned conditions will be duly rejected and declined. Customers are advised to mail the return item via mail that allows tracking. MIZ Apparels will not processed the return if item does not reach us and we are not liable for loss of mails.
Please take note that there may be a 0.5” to 0.8” difference in our given measurements as apparels are done by various seamstress. This variance will not be considered as a defect.
We always strive to depict each item’s true colour to the best of our ability. However colours may still deviate slightly on different screens as different technological devices have varying screen colour resolutions. Such case will not be considered as a defect.
All returns will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned parcel.
