Exchange Policy

At Miz Apparels, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our exchange terms below:

1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are strictly permitted for size variations only.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or different designs.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags still attached.

2. Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

An exception is only made if the sale item is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect upon arrival.

3. Notification Period & Defects
For Size Exchanges: Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

For Manufacturing Defects: You must notify us upon receiving the item within 2 days.

Requests or defect claims made after these windows will unfortunately not be entertained.

4. Policy on Discrepancies
Please note that the following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for “defective” claims:

Color Variance: Actual colors may vary slightly from the images shown due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

Measurement Tolerance: A difference of 1cm to 1.5cm in measurements is standard in the apparel industry and will not be considered a fault or defect.

5. Rights of the Merchant
Miz Apparels reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the item does not meet the original condition requirements.

Miz Apparels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
